Even though I handle up to 60 real estate transactions a year, I can appreciate that most only do it a few times in a lifetime and I think that compassion for the stress and excitement of the process helps me to serve the needs of my clients to the best of my abilities. I have worked on large-scale condominium project sales, successfully sold out a 24-unit townhouse development in a market that was less than ideal, and have sold out single family home development lots. This, in addition to my wide breadth of experience in residential resale-from condos, townhouses, custom builds, single family homes, and acreages.

I recognize the difference between selling a house and selling a home, and I respect the emotions involved in selling a home whose walls have seen families raised and memories made.
